Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I regularly ship work to collectors in the UK and overseas. All international shipments are tracked and insured wherever possible, and packaged with the same care as domestic deliveries.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, packaging requirements and destination of the artwork. Because of this, delivery is calculated after purchase. Once I know your location, I will confirm the most suitable service and exact cost before dispatch.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability. Within the UK, most deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 working days once dispatched. International delivery times depend on customs and carrier schedules.

Can I collect in person?
Yes. You can collect directly from my studio in Marlow by appointment, or we can arrange to meet somewhere mutually convenient when possible.

How are artworks packaged?
All works are packaged to a professional standard using archival and protective materials. Smaller pieces are typically boxed with layers of padding, while larger or more fragile works may be crated.

Is the artwork insured during shipping?
Yes, all shipments sent via approved couriers are insured in transit. If you prefer to arrange your own courier, please contact me first to discuss suitable packaging and liability.

Do you offer framing?
Each listing notes whether a work is framed. If you would like to discuss framing options before purchase, please get in touch. I am happy to advise or arrange framing at cost.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Certificates of authenticity are provided for limited edition prints only. Original paintings are signed on the reverse and accompanied by detailed listing information for provenance.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made securely through the website by card, or via direct bank transfer by prior arrangement.

Are my payment details secure?
Yes. All payments made through the website are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. I do not have access to or store your card details.

How is my personal data used?
Any personal details you provide, such as your name, address, and email, are used solely to process your order and arrange delivery. Your information is never shared with third parties except for courier or payment processing services directly involved in fulfilling your order.

Do you accept commissions?
Yes, I occasionally take on commissioned work depending on my schedule. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss an idea.

What if I change my mind?
If you need to cancel or return a purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent in the original packaging and arrive in their original condition. Custom or commissioned works are non-returnable.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact me immediately with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can raise a claim with the courier and arrange a resolution.
