If you change your mind about a purchase, you are entitled to cancel and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your artwork, in line with UK consumer law. Please contact me within this period to arrange a return.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they arrived. Once the artwork has been safely received, a refund will be issued for the artwork amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.

Custom or commissioned artworks are exempt from cancellation or return, as they are made to order.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can raise a claim with the courier.
